The Stonecypher's attended First Baptist Church of Suwanee, Georgia. A stained glass window is dedicated to them at that church. After his wife's death Epp Morris Stonecypher married for a second time to Rachel Pauline (Gash) Frost (1877-1951), the widow of James Frost. She was the first cousin to Lucinda Reese. This marriage did not last. They separated some time after the marriage in the 1930's with a financial settlement but did not divorce.
