Documentation: The VOIGT family immigrated to the US, landing in

Baltimore on 21 Mar 1880.  They went immidiately to the Watertown,

Wisconsin area where August had two younger brothers living, Wilhelm and

Albert.  In 1884, Wilhelm and Albert moved to Kossuth County, Iowa with

their families, August and family stayed in Wisconsin, and in the 1900

census are found in York Township, Dane County.  Some of Friedrieke

HALBROEDER VOIGT's family also lived in the area.  Descendants now spell

the name most often as HALBRADER.  In 1901, they moved to Clark County,

Wisconsin where they lived out there lives.
