NOTES: David was in the United States Air Force from Aug, 1963 to Sept, 1986, retiring with 23 years of service with a rank of Master Sergeant. Wade Emerson Hampton was a retired Marine Gunney Sergeant with 25 years service. He served in WW Two, Korea, and Viet Nam. He earned a Purple Heart and was a POW in Germany. David has a Bachelors Degree from Louisiana Tech University in 1976. Barbara received a Bachelors Degree from UT Tyler in 2003. David retired in August 2003 from the Texas Dept. of Corrections. Ellen has 4 daughters and Tracy has 1 daughter and 2 sons.
