Justice of the Peace at the time of his death.
Luther William Ellington:  He worked for his uncle, W. H. Ellington, in
the Mississippi Store in Hillsboro. On June 19, 1900 They were living in
Precinct 1, Hillsboro.
Alvin Ellington:  He was a dry goods salesman for his uncle.
