that Samuel M. CARR "died in Quarters at Cumberland Ford, Kentucky. . .
His Colonel and a Private testify that he contracted while in the
service & line of duty Measles, of which he Died. . . ."

document, Christina CARR was residing at Nicholasville, Jessamine County,
Kentucky.
