After their father's death their mother remarried (Robert M Campbell) It is likely C. C. Jones and wife Eliza (another of Ferd's sisters came with them. Ferd bought land in Osage and lived their until his death in 1903. He is buried as are his sister and her husband in Osage Cemetery. Brother Robert came to Texas and all 3 boys served in the CSA during the war. Robert Campbell died in 1864 and Sarah came to Texas. She lived in Osage until her death and is buried in Osage Cemetery. John returned to Tennessee after the war.
