No date given..I , Mary Hill, being of perfect mind and memory. I loan to my daughter-in-law Margarett (MOSELY) Hill one negro man named Prince until my grand-son Abel Hill (Junior) arrvives to the age of twenty-one years, but should my daughter-in-law should marry again, then the said negro Prince to be bound out until my grandson comes to that age, if this take place the money arising to be equally divided amongst my nine grandchildren viz: Elizabeth, Pricella, Mary, Nan, Sarah, Samuel (s/o Abell Hill, Sr.), John, William and Abell Hill (Junior). When my grandson comes of age twenty-one years I desire that the negro Prince shall be sold on a credit of twelve months and the money divided amongst my five granddaughters viz: Elizabeth, Pricella, Mary, Sarah and Nan. I give to my grandsons Samuel, John, William and (torn, Abell) Hill the sum of $200 each. I (torn) dtr. Nancy Cox $400 provided she does not serve any claim against (blurred) estate Samuel Hill decd. One by what she is entitled to from the sale of the land of the deceased. I give to my dtr. Susannah Kilcrease one negro woman Hannah to be taken at the appraisement. I give to my dtr. Mary Loveless one negro boy named Sanely, one feather bed & one cow & calf to be taken at the appraisement. I give to my dtr. Vesay Jennings one negro girl named Ody, one feather & furniture & one cow & calf to be taken at the appraisement. I give to my dtr. Harriet Hill one negro named Pink one feather bed & furniture one cow & calf to be taken at appraisement. All the remainder of my estate to be equally divided amongst my eight dtrs. Viz: Nancy Cox, Elizabeth Daley, Susannah Kilcrease, Mary Loveless, Vesay Jennings & Harriet Hill.
I appoint my friend Charles Hammond & John Key as executor..
