State of Tennessee County of Loudon, on this 11th day of July
A.D. one thousand
eight hundred and ninety....., personally appeared before me
R. B. ROBINSON Deputy Clerk of the County Court, a court of record
within and for
the county and State aforsaid WILLIAM SCOTT aged 46 years, a
resident of the county
of Loudon State of Tennessee, who, was enrolled on the 25 day of Aug.,
1864, in Co. G.
3 Reg. Tenn. MTD Inf. in the war of rebellion, and served at least
90 days, and was
honorably discharged at Knoxville., on the 30 day of Nov, 1864. That
he is partially
unable to earn a support by reason of Neuralgia of the heart and bowels.
That said
disabilites are not due to his vicious habits, and are to the best
of his knowledge and
belief permanent. That he has never applied before.
That he makes this declaration for the purpose of being place on the
pension roll of the
United States under the provision of the Act of June 27, 1890.
He hereby appoints ........W. A. SIMPSON
of Stockton, State of Tennessee, his true
and lawful attorney to prosecute his claim. That his Post-Office address
is Stockton,
