* Many other researchers of TN and AL both.

Notes:
* Ephraim B. Bryan's military service: Co. H,D 15th TN CAV.
* Mr. Bryan is for sure buried on what we call Bryan's Hill. This is located now on what is called Hovis Bend Road, just North of the town of Coldwater, up the hollow North and where Mr. Billy Hovis lives on the left side. The graves of several are buried on his lands west and up the hill behind his place above the barn. Here 4 adults and two children are buried on these lands. They are thought to be also the 1st Mrs. Bryan or Susan Shipp Bryan. It is also thought that E.B.'s sister Rebecca is buried as well as E.B and Susans son William Lewis. Two infants one thought to be Norris Bryan and the other the infant of E.B. and Margaret. The second Mrs. Bryan removed to Limestone Co AL after 1900 and is buried in Old Salem Cemetery near her daughters in AL.
