Source: State of Tn. grant issued to James BUCHANNON in 1825 for use in maintaining an iron works, the
bounds are 100 acres grant on the waters of Big Emory River "touch ABRAHAM CROW'S line" near a
branch of the foot of Waldens Ridge to Solomon GERON'S line to a conor of Willie BLOUNT'S tract, with
the line of WILLIS CROW and M. WILSON.
