This instrument of writing witnesseth that I, William Roach, of the state and county aforesaid, do hereby relinquish unto Crawford H. Little of the state and county aforesaid all my right, title and claim that I have, or may have, in and to the estate of my father, Henry Roach, late of said county deceased, supposed to be one hundred and seventy dollars more or less, if the said sum should be more, the excess to be credited on said William Roach's note and if less then the said Roach is to make up said amount to one hundred and seventy dollars. I hereby give unto the said Little full power to collect, receive, and receipt for the same, as effectually as I might or could do myself.
In witness whereas I have herein to set my hand and affixed my seal this 5th of Sept. 1859.
