Notes:
* According to the way records read concerning the Kidd family John Kidd, Sr. owned lands that fell on both sides of the counties of Chester and York. It was believed that Old John gave lands on the York Co. side to John Jr., possibly for him and his wife's marriage present. It also may be that John, Jr. received lands for his service during the Revolutionary War. At any rate the son shows on 1790 York Co. and Father is on 1790 Chester Census.
