"He is to have all the estate of Berry West that I now hold for him." Mary West, daughter; John West, son-in-law and executor. Also named, but relationship not given, Jere Barnes Moseley "If he stays with my family until aged 21, he is to have a choice horse, a saddle, a bridle and $75.00 in cash." William Anthony Arnold, son. Money is left to the Methodist Church.
