At the time of the death of her sister Hannah in 1945, "Catherine" was living in Roaring Spring, PA OBITUARY - Blair County Genealogical Society, Hoenstine Collection of Obituaries [pencil date "6-23-52"] CYRUS H. STONER of Roaring Spring, died at the Nason hospital this morning at 2.30 o'clock. He was born at Juniata Gap April 30, 1869, the son of Daniel and Mary (Holtsinger) Stoner and married Catherine Helsel in 1909. She preceded him in death. Surviving are the following children: Joseph and Mrs. Grace Johnson of Roaring Spring and Mrs. Mary Hoover of Roaring Spring, R.D.; one brother, John of Altoona; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Stoner was a member of the Albright Church of the Brethren and a retired employe of General Refractories of Claysburg. Friends will be received at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Hoover, this evening after 8 o'clock.
