Mrs. Pinkerton made her home with her son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Russell Miller, Lehighton, RD2 for the past three years. She was a former resident of Llewellyn, PA. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Llewellyn. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Wells PINKERTON and a son Forrest, whose death occured about thirty years ago. She is survived by her daughter, nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held at a time to be announced later with the Edward Hill Funeral Home in charge. There will be no viewing."

He was admitted to the hospital as a medical patient August 17th. He was a member of the M.E. Church in Llewellyn and a miner by occupation. To survive are his wife, Nellie (nee PEIFFER) his mother, Mrs. Wells PINKERTON, and these children: Miss Kathryn PINKERTON, R.N.; Misses Betty and Miriam at home; and Lester and Harold at home. There is a sister, Mrs. Irene MILLER of Lehighton, who also survives. Weber's are completing funeral arrangements."
