Nuhfer for 3 yr's. [mustered in Feb. 17, 1862, Paducah, Kentucky] Remarks: "At Shiloh April 6, 1862 sent home from Camp Shiloh [Tenn.] and considered a deserter from Aug. 18, '62 to date of discharge." Note: There was probably an error by the recorder as the 1864 purchase says SE 1/4 of SW 1/4 not SE 1/4 of SE 1/4. And as there were no other deeds I assume this was supposed to be the same parcel.

[Rocksport is Rocheport]
