Family records kept by my parents, Alfred Francis Nash and Naomi Marie Kitchell, and other family members - Ancestry. Com Census Records - Family Search - LDS Website - Johnson County, Indiana Marriage Records - Illinois State Marriage Records - Missouri State Marriage Records - Missouri State Death Records -  Family Tree DNA Testing proves that the NASH surname was originally MASH, as shown in the 1860 Census Records in Shannon County, Missouri.  There are eight MASH Families listed on that Census Record, and I will post FGS Sheets for each.  The MASH and NASH Families are one and the same, even though the surname was changed during the late 1860s by some.
