Margaret HANEY the daughter of Holland A. HANEY and Sarah
Pinckney JERNIGAN. I knew that Holland and Sarah had a daughter from the
1840 Chesterfield County, SC Census which shows Holland with 1 female 5-
10, born between 1830-1835 and 2 males,who would be Thomas and Samuel,
other than himself.  Holland wife died in the late 1830's. One of
Samuel's granddaughters told me that she remembered when she was a little
girl around 1910 that they used to receive letters from her grandfathers
sister, Margaret who "married a COPELAND and moved to Missouri"  She did
not think that Margaret had any children.
