Documentation:Children #7 and #8 may be one and the same. The name of Travis Ford comes from oral family history. We do not find a gravestone for him, but we do find a gravestone for Stephen T. Ford, Jr. in Bear Creek Cemetery in Hinds Co, MS, that we know is the child of Stephen and Elizabeth.
Stephen Ford, Sr. died in Marion Co, MS. His widow and children made the move to the Hinds Co area along with a large portion of the FORD family around 1830.
