Documentation: Mathias Larson left Härjedalen, Sweden for America in
1906. Ingeborg Eriksdotter and their daughters left Härjedalen in 1907.
Härjedalen is an historic district which today forms a portion of the
county of Jamtland located in west central Sweden. The Larsons were
original homesteaders in Elkwood Township in Roseau County. Mathias and
Ingeborg Larson together with Christina Sagmo and husband Oscar Sagmo are
buried in Oak Grove Cemetery located on U. S. Highway 59 just northeast
of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Sigrid Dalin and husband Gotfred Dalin are
buried in Lincoln Memorial Park Gardens on Mt. Scott Blvd. in Portland,
Multnomah County, Oregon..
