An indenture [a deed] made 3-14-1818 recording the buying by Daniel Merrill of
Riga, Genesee County, NY, 60 acres in the District of W. Pulteney [now Riga] for
$240. Recorded in Liber 12 p 43, Oct 30, 1818.
