The fourth child is Alexander Rankin Black. My foster father and his spouse my foster mother. Hilda Vivian Wormsbacher.Wife of William T. Black was Elizabeth Rankin. Her mother Margaret Rankin came over here with one of her sons, Robert Rankin, in 1913 to Quebec Canada. She then moved in with one of her daughters, Margaret Rankin/Young, who was living in Wayne County, Detroit MI,on Wendell AVE. 1920 census under James T. Young. 1930 census, same house. The 1930 census shows the mother Margaret Rankin living in Mt. Clemens MI and is a servant. Robert was also a servant in Grosse Point, Wayne MI in the 1930 census in the house hold of HODGES.
