Have seen his name given as George Washington Lanham, but have no proof.

Children: In the Jun 1900 census for the District of Columbia, Annie states she 
gave birth to 9 children and of those 9 children only 4 were living. Surviving 
were Josephine,Herbert, Frederick and Lillian.
To date Feb 2005, I only have names of 7 children.

ANNA "Annie" ROLAND:
Name: Anna R., is recorded information from Cedar Hill Cemetery, Maryland. 
Source for Annie's maiden name is from DANIEL BOONE LLOYD, states in his book 
THE MIDDLETONS and Kindred Families of Southern Maryland,page 264; that she is 
Ann Roland.

D.O.D.: Anna R. was interred on 11 Jan 1928; source: recorded information from 
Cedar Hill Cemetery, Maryland. Anna R. Lanham and Lillie May Lanham Middleton 
are buried next to one another at Cedar Hill Cem. MD. They are buried on a 
piece of property that Lillie purchased from Mr. George French 9 Jan 1928.
