Documentation: Arthur Hickman Will Montgomery Co MD; Will of William Hickman 
Montgomery Co MD; Will of Roger Hickman, Bath Co VA; Will of wife Mary DOUGLASS 
(1713-1784) widow of William Douglass and second wife of Arthur Hickman.  Mary's 
two Douglass sons, Levi & Samuel, came to Harrison Co (W)V with Sotha Hickman. 
(Some think his first wife to have been Sabra HOPKINS. Montgomery Co MD 
Historical Society Data.)  Sotha Hickman settled in Clarksburg, Harrison County 
(West) Virginia about 1771, one of the first pioneers of that county where 
hundreds of his descendants reside today, including my husband. We'd love to 
learn the name of Arthur Hickman's first wife. .
