Hepburn always resided in Prince George's Co., where he died about the middle or latter end of the year 1806 Parents: Will of father John Hepburn, of Prince George's Co., 6 Mar 1775, where he devises to son Samuel Chew Hepburn, Ex., lands in Frederick Co., Will of brother John Hepburn, Junr. of Prince George's Co., dated 30 Mar 1774, states the following. Wife Henrietta Maria Hepburn and brother Samuel Chew Hepburn exs. also... That my father John Hepburn, Esqr. and/or my brother Samuel Chew Hepburn be guardians to my son John. Jean Muir: Parents: Jean's parents can be identified through the Will of her Grandmother Sarah Rider Nevett Fishwick Darnall written 24 Jun 1784 and left the following legacy to Mary "Polly" Hepburn, "Polly Hepburn-Great granddaughter- to have a tract of land called "Rider's Prevention" lying in Dorchester Co and in case of her decease then to her mother Mrs. Jean Hepburn."
