May 28, 1739 From John Hepburn of PG, merchant, to Ignatius Digges of PG, 
Gentlemen, for and in consideration of his friendship & respect for sd Ignatius 
Digges, Lot #6 in the town of Upper Marlbrough in PG, formerly take up & built 
upon by Robert Robertson dec'd (as the law for towns then directed) & afterwards 
was mortgaged & sold by sd Robertson to Henry Darnall Esq & Likewise was by him 
sold to William Chillingworth & by sd Chillingworth sold to Doctor Patrick 
Hepburn (as by deed dated Jan 23, 1724), sd Lot #6 joining on north side of a 
lot formerly belonging to John Gerard, #5.

This deed was acknowledged before Dav: Craufurd*, Thos Gantt Jr*, Recorded Jun
