The said Patrick Hepburn "for and in consideration that a marriage by God's permission is speedily intended to be had and solemmised between the said Patrick Hepburn and Elizabeth Holdsworth of Calvert Co., widow, the relick of Samuel Holdsworth late of Calvet Co., dec'd. and for an in Consideration of a Competent and sufficient jointure to be had and made for the said Elizabeth Holdsworth" sells a 517 parcel of land in Prince Geroge's Co., called Weymouth and two lots number 8 and 9 in the Town of Marlborough on the Western Branch of the Patuxent.

Gentlemen, for and in consideration of his friendship & respect for sd Ignatius Digges, Lot #6 in the town of Upper Marlbrough in PG, formerly take up & built upon by Robert Robertson dec'd (as the law for towns then directed) & afterwards was mortgaged & sold by sd Robertson to Henry Darnall Esq & Likewise was by him sold to William Chillingworth & by sd Chillingworth sold to Doctor Patrick Hepburn (as by deed dated Jan 23, 1724), sd Lot #6 joining on north side of a lot formerly belonging to John Gerard, #5.

Elizabeth Parker Buckerfield Holdsworth Hepburn died 30 May 1735 in Prince George's Co. MD.
Elizabeth names son-in-law [step-son] John Hepburn in her will.
