    a) Alna (1802), Wiscasset (1794) and Dresden (1794) were previously part of Pownalborough.

    b) George Pushard Jr / Mary Reed: Four of their children changed the family name to Shaw; John George (Dresden: 1826), Grave ID: 90858740; James Robert (Bath: 1828); Daniel, Freeman Richardson (Bath, 1836). MaineGenealogy.net (Maine Name Change Records, 1820-1891) Internet Archive: Changes in Name by Special Acts of the Legislature of Maine, 1820-1895; page49 1850 U.S. Census; Bath, Maine: Mary was living with her son James (Shaw).
b2) George Jnr: (Death): Official records show date as July 15, 1821 in multiple places. The date on his grave stone shows 11/Sept/1821. It's likely that the stone was added at a later date and the date is wrong.
    c) Abraham / Hannah (Daughter: Nancy married William Groves): DOB 26/Mar/1810, Died: 7/Sep/1870; Grave ID: 90925967
    d) Georgetown Historical Society.org. Extensive genealogy database includes Christopher Pushard, his wife Elizabeth (Oliver), and all their children, in detail. The listing shown for Elizabeth therein conflicts with the ages shown on the 1850 (67) and 1860 (78) U.S. Census. The record above, is compatible with the census records. There are multiple females named Elizabeth Oliver listed in the Georgetown records in this period, as well as multiple other Pushards.
    e) Christopher moved to Dresden sometime after 1820 (1830 US Census) (page 393)
    f) Lewis Pushard / Hannah L Parris (Marriage); FHL Film 101042484; Image 259
    g) Lewis, his wife Hannah and his mother Elizabeth, were living in Dresden in 1860; 1860 US Census, Dresden. Lincoln, Maine, page 22; Lewis (age 56) b:1804, Hannah L (age 50) b:1810; Elizabeth (age 78) b:1782 (See: Note: a2; d)
    h) Lewis: Grave ID: 46385763; Hannah: 46385794
    j) Lewis (Death) FHL Film 4703860, Image 1535
    k) Hannah Paris (Death: 5/May/1893) (FHL Film 4703851, Image 2616) Death record shows Hannah as daughter of C (Christopher) Pushard and E (Elizabeth) Oliver. She was not their daughter. She was their daughter-in-law, wife of Lewis Pushard. There was also a Hannah Pushard married to George M Paris (21/Dec/1829) FHL Film 101042484, Image 262. Hannah Paris and Hannah Pushard were both in Dresden in 1880 per US Census. Records of both appear to be intermingled.
    l) Charles Pochard also had a daughter named Lucinda Abigail, b: 6/Apr/1820 (Dresden); FHL Film 101042484, Image 20, 132; Film 10820; Image 14
    m) The family tree on Familysearch.org (M6MD-LVX) for Lucinda has four sources listed. Two show the father as Charles Pushard and two show the father as Christopher Pochard. Lucinda (B: 6/Apr/1820) < Charles Pushard < Greorge Pochard < Jean
    n) It should be noted that there are multiple people named Lucinda, Hannah, Elizabeth, Nancy, Charles, Peter, Abraham and Lewis in both this generation and adjacent generations.
    p) Search: books.google.com; "Order of the General Court June 19, 1766" The 1766 Pownalboro census shows that George Pouchard (sp) had four children under the age of 16, two male and two female. The dob's for the first four children are estimated accordingly. The grave marker for Jane (McGown) shows 1874 as her date of birth; a mistake for some unknown reason.
    q) Select Film 4411365; then use Search for Pushard (etc)

Lineage:
George Pochard < Jean Pochard < Nicholas Pochard < Nicholas Pochard < Jean Pochard < Nicholas < Pierre
    a) Lewis < Christopher (Elizabeth Oliver) Pushard < George Pochard < Jean Pochard
