Notes:
* William PERRY, Jr., m. 1st Olive D. FOUNTAIN. Sarah Jane SEAVEY was his much younger second wife.
* It is possible that Sarah SEAVEY had a previous marriage (although I find no record of it, of a possible husband's death, or of a divorce) or an illegitimate child.
* The obituary of a Mary Florence is given in the [Rockland] Courier-Gazette:
"In this city, April 3d [1870] Mary Florence, daughter of the late Sarah J. Perry, aged 15 years, 2 months, and 24 days." Mary Florence is called the daughter of Sarah J. Perry, not of Olive Perry, and no mention is made of William Perry, although he was still alive at the time. It must have been later in 1870 that William Perry, at least one son from his first marriage, and his young daughters from his second marriage, moved to MN.
* William PERRY, Jr., does not appear in the 1870 Rockland or Thomaston Censuses, and source #4 above says he arrived in MN in 1870.
* William PERRY, Jr., Emma Lucy PERRY HAMLET, Milton Tileston HAMLET, Alice Marie PERRY DAVIS and LINCOLN DAVIS are all buried in the Otsego Cemetery, Otsego, Wright Co., MN.
* Sarah SEAVEY PERRY is probably buried in the Hix Cemetery in Owl's Head, ME (as are William PERRY's first wife, several of his children from his first marriage, and his mother), but if she is, her stone is not extant.
