NOTES: William Fitzpatrick came from Virginia through Tenn. and into Floyd Co., Kentucky about 1800 with the John Fitzpatrick
family. During War of 1812 he fought in Canada and was discharged at Malden, Canada.  He helped survey roads into Lawrence Co.
He had a water mill set up on Nat's Cr. in Lawrence Co. He and his wife are buried in the Fitzpatrick Cemetery at Richardson, Ky.
