There are several ROCHFORD, RACHFORD, RATCHFORD families
in the Pendleton and Kenton Co. areas who seem to be related, but I'm
having a difficult time figuring out how.  I found this family in the
Pendleton marriage records and the 1880 census of Pendleton Co. KY.
