Documentation: The above information was from Franklin County, KY marriage records and from Eva Crumbaugh Grizzelle, Notes of Crumbaugh Family History, 1919 (unpublished manuscript at JT & EJ Crumbaugh Memorial Libray, LeRoy, IL).Also, Franklin County, KY death and cemetery records. NOTE: Most records show Louisa, wife of Jacob CRUMBAUGH, as Louisa SCHNEIDER. Her death record, however, lists her as Louisa FLOURNOY. It is believed that record is incorrect, since the Flournoy family has been thoroughly researched and there is no Louisa who would fit. Additional Note: Charlotte Crumbaugh's husband John was her first cousin, his father John and her father Jacob being brothers.
