Documentation: John B. Johnson has a tombstone in both Indiana and Kansas.
I am assuming that when his wife died he had a tombstone placed for himself and
then when he moved to Kansas at the same time as the Colter's when he died he
was buried at Silver Lake so that is where he is actually buried. Timothy
and his wife are also buried at Silver Lake. Federal and state census was used,
