NOTES:
John Rudolph and Rella Maud (SHANNON) FATZER are the parents of the late Harold FATZER who served as Kansas' Attorney General (1949-1956), Justice of the Supreme Court (1956-1971) Chief Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court (1971-1977).  While serving as Attorney General, his assistant argued Topeka's defense in the famous trial named, "Brown versus Topeka".  FATZER, KASER and ZIMMERMAN families appearing at the top were first generation Swiss immigrants.  Barbara STRITES (or STRITZ) was a stowaway of German descent.
