NOTES:
Ottie and Carrie could not have children, so they fostered nine
children. Raised the last two from the ages of four months and 17 months.
I was that four month old child, they took us when they were 45 and 47 yrs
old. Their lives are a remarkable story of unselfish and unconditional
given love.
