Lincoln Co., NC October Court 1782 Ordered that letters of administration issue to Mary Aker and John Barber on the estate of John Aker, deceased, who qualified and gave bond according to law. Lincoln Co., NC July court 1783 Joseph Henry returns an account of the sales of the estate of John Aker, deceased. Notes for Anna Barbara Eaker. Barbara had 5 Warlick children and 5 Helterbrand children. John and Barbara moved to Knox Co., TN ca 1794. They separated and she returned to Lincoln Co., NC between 1798-1800 where her name appears on records. Her Helterbrand children remained with John and intermarried with the Cherokee Nation. All but Michael died on the reservation in Oklahoma. Hans/John Peter Eaker had a first marriage about 1788. We don't know her name. Christian Eaker didn't have children, but willed to various nieces and nephews, named their parents.
