Documentation: WIFE NOTES: Fannie
General: 1900 census states she is married 11 years with last name
Johnson, but she is living with her son, David. She has listed giving
birth to 13 children, 7 living. No birth information is available.
CHILD NOTES: Sarah E. (Mary?) TROYER
General: On Baziller Eskridge's marriage certificate, his parents are
listed as George Eskridge and Mary E. Troyer. All the census information
I have for George with Baziller as son lists George's wife as Sarah E,
Elizabeth, Lizzie with a birth year more consistent with Sarah than with
Mary.
I believe this connection to be valid, as Sarah and Mary's brother,
David's son, Harvey, is enumerated in the 1910 census with Sylvester
Quier, wife Amanda nee ESKRIDGE. Also enumerated are Fannie Eskridge,
Mary E. Eskridge, and Rose B. Eskridge, all listed as sisters-in-law to
Sylvester, making Amanda an Eskridge.  Harvey Troyer is listed as a
cousin.
In 1900 Starke County, Washington Twp., Census, Baziller is listed with
Manda, Fannie, Mary and Rosa as his sisters.
