   10. Alonzo Paulk, Sr., son of Catherine Henderson Paulk and Jacob Paulk, was
born July 14, 1839, and married Ann Jane Merritt, born April 5, 1839.

   Their children are:

   Alonzo Paulk, born September 17, 1860, married Lucy Lott.

   Elizabeth Paulk, born May 24, 1861, married S. J. Wooten.

   Alonzo Paulk, Sr., died April 12, 1860, in Richmond, Va., in service.

   Ann Jane Merritt Paulk died February 26, 1922.
