Most likely this is where James and Anna Patty died, but no proof It has been speculated that they are buried at the same plot as daughter Elizabeth. This is the brick wall enclosed plot at Providence (Old) Cemetery, Forney, Cherokee County, Alabama.
(3) Family story says James Patty's father was Charles Patty and was in the Indian Wars as an older man.

William Henry Dunson, son of John Dunson and Jemma Mobley, was born Apr 16, 1833 in Henry Co. Georgia and died Oct 22, 1913 Jefferson Co. Alabama. The cemetery is located at the St. Clair and Jefferson Co. line.
