Notes:
* Green B. KARR enlisted as a private in Co. K, 4th Regiment GA. State Troops October 25, 1861. Mustered out April 1862. Enlisted as a private in Co. C, 34th Regiment, GA. Inf. May 13, 1862. On 01 August 1863, he was hit by a train while trying to cross the tracks at Powell's Station, Coweta, Co., GA. He suffered a skull fracture, a broken arm and two ribs and had several teeth knocked out. He later returned to his post, was captured at Nashville, Tenn. 15 December 1864 and released at Camp Douglas, Ill. 18 May 1865.
* At the time of his death, Green and Sarah owned 40 acres of farm land in Paulding County.
