* Will of Isaac David, Will Book A, Page 113, Madison County GA. Note: The recorded will does not give anything to Berry M. David, but names my son Berry M. David as co-executor. I reviewed a copy of the original will in loose papers and you could tell that there was an erasure on the will. It appears Isaac originally named his son Jacob W. David as co-executor and changed it to his grandson Berry M. David when Jacob W. David moved from the area.
* Proof of the children of Henry David is found by analyzing the Annual Returns for Isaac David recorded as follows: Annual Return Book F, pps. 22, 89, 162, 201, 240. John Bell and William Vaughan each received 1/3 of a child's share of Isaac David, in right of their wives; and Berry M. David received 1/3 of a child's share plus the share of his wife Elizabeth as a daughter of Susannah [Wilkins] David, widow of James Vaughan and second wife of Isaac David.
