* Louise Dunn Worsham remembers her mother, Anna Maude Clarke Dunn, saying that Bedford died when she was ten years old which would in 1893.

* Bennie or "Dock" was born a normal child but had polio at the age of two. It left him brain damaged and paralyzed on one side. He lived with his parents until they died then with siblings. Bennie Clarke is written on his tombstone, no date.
