Notes:
* I have not been able to find Elizabeth (Averett) Browning in any Census Records. Her son, Robert M. Browning is in the hh of Elizabeth's brother, Early David Averett in the 1880 Ouachita Parish, LA Census.
* Simpson Browning enlisted in Co. F, 15th AL Infantry Regt. on 3 Jul 1861 in Brundage, Lowndes Co., AL. I have copies of his Civil War Service Records, from the Alabama Department of Archives and History, showing when and where he died. Only known source I have seen of when and where he died.
* I would be happy to hear from descendents of this family, hoping they will "fill in some of the blanks."
