NOTES: Continue to seek parents/siblings of this Thomas DIXON. Suspect he
is the son of William B. DIXON and Serena WILCHER DIXON but unable to
prove.
No documentation found to connect him to this family. R. W. DIXON said
Thomas came from NC and married "local girl". However, the DIXON families
of Warren/Glascock counties did originate in Edgecombe Co.,NC. and before
Edgecombe Co., NC were in Isle of Wight Co., VA. George W. DIXON also came
from NC but have not been able to connect to the other DIXON families whose
ancestor who moved to GA was Hickman DIXON, Sr. and his wife Penelope
NEWBORN
