Notes:
* An added note about Cale Howard JONES.---Cale was appointed Naples 1st City Marshal when Naples was incorperated in August 1924. At that time, the only jail was located in what the towns people called "The PawPaw Patch." That was a small area between Crayton Cove and the old Naples Hotel. When the office of Police Chief was created, Cale was appointed the first Police Chief. He was the Naples Police chief for 31 years, until his retirement in 1958.
