COMMISSIONER'S SALE
Notice is hereby given that by virtue of and in obedience to the decretal order of the Crawford Circuit Court, on the chancery side thereof, made at its March term A.D.,1888, in a cause wherein Jessie B. JACKSON, as administrator of A.W. JACKSON, deceased, was plaintiff, and G.W. MCATTEE, as administrator of Ben H. JACKSON, deceased, was defendant.
The undersigned, a Commissioner appointed by said court for that purpose, will on Monday, November 4, 1889, between the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, at the Court House door in the town of Van Buren, County of Crawford, and state of Arkansas, sell at public sale to the highest bidder, on three month's credit, notes taken in good security and a line upon the purchase money retained. NW1/4 o NE1/4 and NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Section 5, Township 9, North range 31 West.
Said sale is made to satisfy the decree rendered in said above cause,
