Webb, dated July 4, 1996, Ilene writes the following: "Charles Michael Harvey went to Arkansas October 23 1904. The Family November 2 1904. Some of Lucinda Chandler Harveys Brothers were there and told him there was work. He was a painter and carpenter. It was mixing the paint and smelling it, was what killed him." It is also said that Lillie Ellen Hickey Harvey and the children came to Arkansas by train.
