Not sure if its the right one for you yet. He is my great,great grandfather. He was a US Marshall in FT Smith AR. He married an american indian woman from the cherokee nation in OK. There are stories about the courtship, that include kidnapping and a party sent to retrieve her. There are pictures of AJ Crabtree in a museum in Ft Smith. I am looking up names and dates and will get back with you when I find them. I also have pictures from the cemetary in Coal Hill AR.
