He is Head of a family, consisting of a wife and four children. Isaac entered upon and made settlement on said land on 14 Apr 1871, and has built a house. He has lived in the house from that date to the present. He has plowed, fenced, cultivated about 6 acres of said land, and has made the following improvements thereon: one dwelling house, smoke house, cribs and stables, and a small peach orchard. 1880, July 24.
