Documentation:   census records, family history books for Lewis, Nall
and Pledger families.  Note:  William Albert Pledger was first married to
Clara Daisy DeLoach.  They were not divorced until 1939.  The 1930 San
Francisco, CA lists them as man and wife.  Nettie V. Clements was married
to Boswell Brown in Geneva, AL and they had a son, James Brown, who was
listed as James Pledger in the 1930 census.  A James Clements Brown born
07 OCT 1916, AL died 27 NOV 1940, at 23 San Francisco Co., CA, father
Brown, mother Clements.  That is why the 'wife' notation.  A Nettie V.
Pledger left a Will in the Probate office in the San Francisco Co., CA
court records #88973, D 1942, listed as Nettie V. Clements Pledger.
Cannot find if William and Nettie had any children together. .
